OPi8.com is quiet because no one knows it still exists. I'm spending most of my time rebuilding the site, but I'm also trying to let the world know that OPi8.com is alive, even if it has been seriously injured.
The purpose of the site is to promote artists (writers, musicians, etc.) but if the site itself isn't promoted, the artists sure as hell aren't going to get promoted.
Help me out. Help yourself out. Let people know about this site. Post in the messageboards, in your live journals, on tribe.net, friendster, myspace, yahoogroups, delphiforums. Send emails, make phonecalls, blog it, tag it, put a poster on a wall.
If you have the ways and means to put flyers in your local comic shop, music store, video store, please do. If you want a flyer designed for the purpose, just ask. Unfortunately OPi8.com makes no money, so we can't offer to pay for the privledge, but the more you get this site known, the more fun it is.
